OMURICE CLASS

If you've been to Japan, you might have tried Omurice already.  Even if you haven't been there, you have seen it on social media.  Japanese version of soft omelette over fried rice - Yum!

If you want to learn how to recreate it or try to experience it without going to Japan, this is the class!

In this class, you can choose between two styles of Omelettes. One looks like a rose on top of rice, and the other drapes off when you cut it.  

The class schedule:
1.  I will talk about the history of Omurice while you taste it.  
2. I will show you how to cook chicken rice, then you will make your own.
3. I  will show you how to make eggs.  
4. You will cook Omurice of your own.
5. Enjoy it with your classmates.
