Team building sessions are offered by Gil, Mari and the Nombe team, complimented jointly by their culinary knowledge and corporate-world experience.  Gil & Mari spent many years in the corporate world and know how important team-building activities are for generating and strengthening bonds between teammates.  We've teaching how to make sushi and ramen for 20 years and have made some fun yet educational sessions that make our team-building events perfect for corporate groups!  These two-hour sessions can conveniently take place wherever suited for the client, including your company's conference room, off-site location, or @nombe kitchen.

Typical exercises start with teaching the basics of how to make sushi or ramen, how to plate it, and how to speak Japanese to everyone. Then the group is divided into smaller teams and given time to create their own unique dish or presentation as a team.  After is up, everyone faces the judgment time!  The Nombe team will look at each team's presentation carefully, taste the sushi or ramen, and quiz everyone on Japanese words, then choose a winner.  The winning team will receive a bottle of Sake.
